How to request deletion
Email info@seekerdex.com with the subject “SeekerDex data deletion request”. Send your request from the email address associated with your SeekerDex account and tell us that you want your account and associated data deleted.
If you cannot access that email address, explain this in your request. We may need to confirm account ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents with your initial request.
What the request covers
We will review your request for deletion of your SeekerDex account, its authentication record, and associated collection entries, quantities, purchase details, watchlist entries and account preferences that SeekerDex stores. We will confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained and why.
Facebook and Google connections
Removing SeekerDex from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings or your Google account connections revokes that connection. It does not by itself request deletion of data already stored by SeekerDex. Email us using the instructions above to request deletion. Deleting a SeekerDex account does not delete your Facebook or Google account.
